Draft 1: Without Elevators and Dining Table
Draft 2: With Elevators and Dining Table
Sketchup Model: including the two elevators and dining table
Final UT Model: With everything including lighting and textures
NOTE: To Get UT to open my final map you must RESAVE the the static meshes: Daniel Meshes and MyLevel as well as the MyLevel Textures again to the UT folder, the map works perfectly on my computer as i have saved everything into the folders on my drive

Final UT Map
Overall, i am pretty happy with what i have accomplish in this project, i always had a plan when i was doing it however alot of ideas came to me as i was creating the spaces and objects, i have realised that unreal ed combined with google sketchup can allow us to be creative in our own ways without any limitations. With my project i have tried to make the atomosphere like a recylcing factory mixed with a computer factory so that we can illustrate the connection between the Steve Jobs space and the Zhang Yin space. The movement of power from one space to another is evident throught the project as i have made it so that there is alot of movement up and down between 2 very powerful spaces, another theme i tried to incorporate into my unreal map was connection in that all spaces are connected in various ways for these means of connection we can also gain spaces which can make the clients spaces more powerful. By adding elevators to the equations we can also encaptulate some views which cannot be seen from other parts of the static architecture as shown in the following images. I have used 7 images because 5 images i thought would just not be enough to give a viewer a general enough idea of what the entire structure looks like.
This image shows the Zhang Yin work space and how i have used a paper materiality to texture out the upper space in relation the client, i have also used intersecting columns and subractions to create this space as i have been working on Peter Eisenman's House 2 which also incorporates the volume subtraction and addition.
This view is a view from the Zhang Yin elevator and shows most of the spaces formed in the ut map, in the image we can also start to get a feeling of transparency which i liked so it the viewer to see other spaces through the main spaces for example the bridge holes.
This is the bridge that i have designed which allows you to view both the upper and lower spaces in the map as well has throughout the bridge, there are also elevators encaptured on the bridge that allows you to move up or down in which ever fasion you desire.
This is the upper space for Zhang Yin which has been created again keeping the recycled box theme in mind so that we can relate to the client, the workspace again has various ways to navigate through the entire model with the ease of just jumping on a couple of elevators.
This final image shows the lower space of Steve Jobs and how the apple logo has been transformed into 3d to give us and apple that moves througout the entire map, this apple has also its own space for steve jobs to work in that moves up towards the Zhang Yin space again illustrating the power and greatness of Steve Jobs and his background.
Throughout my project again i have designed easy and simple navigation routes so that the player can use a variety of different routes to get to his/her destination. Enjoy!
This image captures the lower half of the map and how it connects to the bridge (meeting space) where the clients come from both above and below the bridge.
This image shows the elevator implanted into the the steve jobs working space and how it can be viewed as a perspective in relation the bridge in the background. This image shows the Zhang Yin work space and how i have used a paper materiality to texture out the upper space in relation the client, i have also used intersecting columns and subractions to create this space as i have been working on Peter Eisenman's House 2 which also incorporates the volume subtraction and addition.

Outputs..
Using the outputs and feedback from a variety of students i have tried to redo the things that i have done wrong including the mashup and other aspects of my project, i think this was an important exercise as i can quickly identify what i needed to fix up by letting others judge my work based on a criteria.
Thank you all that Judged me!
Beautiful things!!!
Both these images i think are beautiful as they provide a sense of greatness and power within thier environments, i also think that they are very well presented using the materials to contruct them, as they are both transparent in form and i have tried to use this apsect throught my model by allowing some spaces to be transpant but still have a good sense of power.
Draft 2: Inclusion of Elevators and Dining Table
Sketchup Models
All my Custorm Sketchup Models that relate to the clients directly and can be used as elevators
For the dining table i designed, i wanted to get one similarity in both clients and make it relate to the environment in my UT map. The environment is 'factory like movement from a lower space to a higher space', the similary is production, both clients produce things, then i thought why not make a gear looking table which reminded me of a machine in a factory so i decided making it in this fashion, with the help of many examples in our tutorials i managed to come up with the "GEAR TABLE".
Zhang Yin's elevator, first thing i thought of was paper rubbish, i actually scrunched up a paper and made it into the form of a cylinder with an opening and i tried to make it look like that on sketchup, i think this relates well to the client and can make a good elevator in the map, it allows access 360 degrees around it and can have a 360 degree view around it while travelling from one point to another.
"The apple" my early elevator design for steve job's elevator, it really reminded my of the client, but i had to also relate to technology so i made it like a modern apple that has a floating top as well as the holes that allow vision through the elevator. This apple can also be considered as a work space for steve jobs as it also captures a space inside it which has been integrated from one of my two point drawings.. thanks for the online tutorials

Sketchup Model of Elevator
My Elevator design was based on the client Steve Jobs and hes remarkable career in Apple, the elevator obviously represents an apple, however it also has alot of holes in it, these holes represent windows, for there were many windows of opportunities that Steve had chosen during his success. My elevator's interior also captures one of my two point perspectives, that is described as the word connected, the object itself is connected in an abstract manner however, in relation to the apple the object also plays a major role in connecting the interior and exterior of the elevator give us a more architectural space to play around with, the apple on its on would be empty, whereas my elevator is now considered a habitable space on its own.The first image that i have saved from the elevator design is:

Mashup of 3 Clients articles - Redone
Born in the Italian town of Reggio di Calabria in 1955, the daughter of a businessman and a dressmaker to the aristocracy. Jobs’s passion for personal computing comes through when he talks about the years he spent working on computers. Zhang Yin began waste-paper trading in Hong Kong in 1985, adopted by Paul and Clara Jobs, Donatella who came up with the idea of using well-known models for the catwalk shows, knowing it would generate more press coverage for the Versace label, Zhang continued shipping waste paper to mainland China to make the cardboard, After graduating from high school in 1972, Gianni's murder changed Donatella's life forever, Jobs began attending Wozniak’s computer hobbyist club, the Homebrew Computer Club, Her company, Nine Dragons Paper Holdings, now China's largest packaging maker.
He then began working as a technician for Atari, a company that manufactured popular video games, So she did her first collection, attended by a host of celebrities, was a triumph, There is no immediate risk of Zhang's wealth shrinking, as China registered 10.7% growth in 2006, the fastest since 1995, Working at Atari allowed Jobs the chance to save enough money for a spiritual retreat to India. Her companies take heaps of waste paper from the United States and Europe, ship it to China and recycle it into corrugated cardboard, Donatella brought a new sensibility to the house of Versace. These days, the label is more in tune with the modern career woman. Zhang jumped to No. 5 this year in the Forbes ranking of the wealthiest people in China, from No. 107 last year, largely because of the huge public stock listing. Jobs set out to modernize the company's computers, With profits looking good and rave reviews in the fashion press, Donatella is riding high.

Images From Model 1
This model really relates to the clients by how there are levels in moving up to the top,
it illustrates how there is a relationship to power and how everyone must move
throughout a series of levels to move to the top just as jobs, yin and versace have done.
Shows interior space of One point
This image shows how we can capture spaces by simply
intersecting come basic shapes.
