Description of Swallows use of materials (Above: Handshaking)

The use of materials in this piece of work is basic yet holds a strong relationship between its environment and the actually handshaking of the bones. The human bone material has been cleaned and layered with some sort of glossy paint, this gives it an extra effect. The bones are coloured with the environment plain white. The bones are the simplest form of body which enables the audience to engage with such a simple handshake, the materials are basic yet can possess strong morals.
